Home 9 Project 9 Maintenance and breakdown services for large shopping centre

Project Overview

Lord Combustion Services provides planned heating and hot water maintenance and reactive breakdown services for several shopping centres, including a large shopping centre complex within the West Midlands.

Equipment that is maintained includes heating boilers, hot water generation equipment, HVAC ventilation equipment and door curtains.

All systems at the centre are maintained under a planned preventative maintenance programme (PPM).

During the PPM visits, equipment is inspected and any defects are reported and repaired as required. Condition reporting is also undertaken to assist the centre managers with lifecycle and planned replacement schedules.

Works are undertaken within a live retail environment by our directly employed qualified staff, who undergo enhanced DBS vetting as part of our safeguarding procedures.

All works are undertaken in accordance with our UKAS certified quality, environmental and health and safety procedures (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001).

Plant refurbishments are undertaken by our project teams, with design and project management coordinated by our qualified mechanical engineers.
