Maintenance and breakdown services for large shopping centre
Lord Combustion Services provides planned heating and hot water maintenance and reactive breakdown services for several shopping centres, including a large shopping centre complex within the West Midlands.
New hybrid heating system at Worcestershire school
Lord carried out a project at a school on the outskirts of Redditch in Worcestershire to implement a new hybrid heating system.

Existing boilers were decommissioned, removed and disposed of along with associated pipework, flues, insulation and ancillaries.

Convent – All pipework within the plant room was replaced, the electrical and controls wiring was completely rewired and new control panels were installed.

Refurbishment of two plant rooms at a Secondary School within Ascot, Berkshire. The existing boilers within both of the plant rooms were low efficiency oil fired units and the project included the installation of a new natural gas service to the replacement boiler plant.

Refurbishment of plant room including the replacement of existing floor standing atmospheric gas fired boilers with new condensing modulating boilers.

Replacement of existing modular boilers at a University in Birmingham, West Midlands with new modular condensing boilers complete with new flues.
District Heating Boiler Replacement – Birmingham
Replacement of boilers within a communal boiler house serving a district heating scheme. The plant room supplies all heating and hot water services to a gated residential development.
