Projects

New hybrid heating system at Worcestershire school

Lord carried out a project at a school on the outskirts of Redditch in Worcestershire to implement a new hybrid heating system.

School Plant Room Refurbishment Walsall

Existing boilers were decommissioned, removed and disposed of along with associated pipework, flues, insulation and ancillaries.

Replacement boiler plant at Secondary School

Refurbishment of two plant rooms at a Secondary School within Ascot, Berkshire. The existing boilers within both of the plant rooms were low efficiency oil fired units and the project included the installation of a new natural gas service to the replacement boiler plant.

Thorns Primary School – Boiler House Refurbishment

Refurbishment of plant room including the replacement of existing floor standing atmospheric gas fired boilers with new condensing modulating boilers.

University Boiler Replacement – Birmingham

Replacement of existing modular boilers at a University in Birmingham, West Midlands with new modular condensing boilers complete with new flues.

Birmingham Academy – Boiler Room Refurbishment

Refurbishment of plant room at an Academy in Birmingham, West Midlands. Replacement of boilers, pumps, flues and BMS controls. All pipework services within the plant was replaced.

School Boiler House Refurbishment Dudley

Refurbishment of school boiler house within West Midlands. The existing atmospheric natural gas boilers were stripped out and removed and new freestanding frame mounted boiler

School Boiler House Refurbishment Erdington

School boiler house refurbishment undertaken during 2020. A temporary boiler plant was supplied and installed to maintain services during the works

School Heating Installation

Installation of new heating within a high school in Staffordshire. The existing heat emitters and distribution pipework were stripped out and removed.
